Christina George Isaac
CEO Just Homes Charity
Christina Isaac serves as Managing Director of First Fruits and Chief Executive Officer of Just Homes Charity, where she has dedicated nearly three decades to addressing homelessness and developing sustainable, compassionate solutions for vulnerable individuals across London.
A Thought Leader in What Works to Tackle Homelessness
Her work is rooted in a deep-rooted belief that every person- regardless of their circumstances- deserves safety, dignity and hope.
As the leader of Just Homes Charity, Christina has become a trusted voice in building sustainable, practical, and compassionate solutions in the homelessness sector. She is committed to establishing best practice standards, embedding technology to improve outcomes, and creating environments where people can rebuild their lives with dignity.
At the heart of her leadership is a belief in hope. Christina is known for “lighting a candle” for those who have given up hope, empowering individuals with life skills, confidence, and community. She transforms lives not by doing for people—but by enabling them to believe in themselves and take the steps to change their own stories.
Raising Standards of Best Practice
Christina is known for setting a benchmark of best practice in the sector. Under her leadership, Just Homes has developed a model that prioritises homes, not institutions. Each property is designed to be a safe, welcoming environment with a genuine community feel—places where people can heal, rebuild, and move forward. Her approach recognises that a home is only the first step; people also need the tools and confidence to shape their own futures.
Driven by this vision, Christina has built programmes that teach essential life skills, nurture self belief, and empower individuals to help themselves. Her work lights a candle of hope for people who may have given up or feel that hope has given up on them. Time and again, she and her team at Just Homes have seen individuals rebuild their lives, regain stability, and rediscover their own strength.
Purpose, Perseverance, and Personal Mission
A powerhouse of perseverance, Christina lives and works in Newham, remaining deeply connected to the communities she serves. Her faith, determination, and compassion drive everything she does. She is relentless in turning the impossible into the achievable and in building places where people feel welcome, cared for, and able to find their place in the world.
Based in Newham, Christina continues to champion innovative, compassionate responses to homelessness—advocating for real solutions, real change, and real opportunity. With her unwavering perseverance and purpose, she is not only transforming the lives of the people Just Homes serves, but shaping a future where everyone has the chance to thrive.
In addition to her extensive professional experience in this sector, Christina has a range of academic, finance and management qualifications including MSc Physics, BCS Certificate in Business Analysis Practice, Change Management Foundation and Practitioner- APMG, HR for Non-HR Managers CIPD.
