Existing Landlords and Homeowners can:
  • Ask Just Homes to manage your property for you
  • Take referrals from Just Homes for a whole house
  • Take people into spare rooms in your own home through our Just Hosting programme

Rather than stick to a strict rent per room or house Just Homes provides accommodation based on ability to pay even if this is sometimes very small. In such cases staff work actively with a tenant to increase their household income through paid employment where possible. Because of this financial returns to landlords and investors will be below the market rate.
